Pillow Person Music for 8pm & Blu (single)

Moshi Moshi proudly presents the EP ”Music for 8PM” and “Bleu”, the new single from Pillow Person a.k.a. Sarah Jones.

The colour blue was a key inspiration for the music. When Sarah saw a series of water images I had taken, she immediately felt they belonged with her EP. Those photographs were captured using an old GoPro, as part of an experiment exploring water resistance and the movement of multiple splashes.

To complete the visual language, the typography was designed to echo the fluidity of water — with letterforms inspired by droplets, reflections, and the shifting shapes of liquid in motion.
